Check out this site for a method to create MPG3 files using a cell phone. This could be another method to create those files for podcasting.

For those Apple people among us, you can also create simple voice podcasts by attaching a mic to an ipod and uploading it directly to iTunes. This works well with multiple students, because it saves each voice file as a separate entity--you just need to keep track of the recording order to know who did which podcast.
ReplyDeleteAlso, download the free "Voice Notes" app from the iTunes store to your iPhone. It will accomplish the same thing, except you won't need an external mic because the mic is built in:)
